Anderson Sturgess Veterinary Specialists is located near Winchester, Hampshire, providing the highest quality surgical and medical care for cats and dogs from across the South. The specialist vets take referrals in soft tissue surgery, orthopaedic & spinal surgery, internal medicine, oncology and dermatology. The practice recently purchased a Regius 190 CR system. The unit provides the highest resolution of any CR system currently available. Images are acquired and available just 23 seconds after cassette loading. 

Mill House, Kings Lynn. Surgeon(s) David and Carole Clarke.

The practice is a Veterinary Hospital inspected by the (RVCS) David and Carole Clarke set up the practice in King Street, King's Lynn, in 1984 with the aim of providing the best possible care for Mill House logocompanion animals in a friendly and supportive environment. By 1990, the practice had outgrown its premises and moved to a new large purpose-built centre at Mill House.
As well as normal work, they see referral cases from other vets in Cardiology, Radiology, Ultrasound, Endoscopy and General Medicine and Surgery, Dermatology and Acupuncture. Last year they purchased a Regius 110HQ with the capability of imaging at 50 micron pixel pitch, the highest resolution available in Computed Radiography today.

The Downs Veterinary Practice is an RCVS accredited small animal practice boasting state of the art equipment and facilities. They offer convenient and friendly veterinary care for local pet owners and also provide a veterinary referral service for veterinary practices across the South West. They recently took delivery of a Regius 190 CR system and console CS3. The touch screen console acts as the animal/patient data entry point and further provides the review platform for the CR images. Images can be optimized prior to export. Features include window/level, crop/black surround, edge enhancement and magnify/annotate.

 

Belgrave House, Linton, Cambridge. Surgeon : David Urwin. Belgrave House

The practice has been in operation for over 25 years. David recently installed the Konica Minolta Image Pilot CR system. This purpose built CR unit is able to acquire images at high resolution and display them on a Diagnostic workstation. The system is provided with an archive for the storage of CR images as well as multiple modality digital images (for example from CT, MRI and ultrasound) Image data can be exported to media (such as CD) with embedded viewer software as well as paper reports with JPEG image file information.

Clerkenwell Animal Hospital.  

ClerkenwellOpened in Jan 2011, this purpose built state to the art CT US referral specialist recently took delivery of the Konica Minolta Image Pilot system. Images are stored on the DICOM archive and can be exported to media (such as CD) with embedded viewer software. They can also be exported to other imaging devices and to workstations around the practice. Image Pilot offers our unique ‘auto-processing’, negating the need to select body/part algorithms. The Pilot automatically ‘finds’ the anatomical structures and applies the appropriate algorithm. State of the Art imaging. 

Shipley Vets. West Yorkshire. Surgeon : Laurence Doddy Shipley Vets

Laurence Doddy, one of the owners of the practice, has an additional qualification - the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Veterinary Medicine (CertSAM). Since 1999, he has accepted referrals from other vets in the area of internal medicine. Laurence has the Image Pilot system supplied by Konica Minolta. The archive is able to store over 100,000 images and is a robust and stable platform for secure image and data storage. It is the ‘latest’ Computed Radiography system available to the Veterinary profession.
